The Founder – Cody McAuliffe
Cody McAuliffe is a keynote speaker and amazon best-selling author of “The Flow Formula.”
Cody says “I believe that coaches are on the forefront of raising humanities consciousness at this time. My part in that is to be responsible, for those responsible for the elevation of the consciousness of humanity.”
Over the last 13 years Cody has coached countless Tedx Speakers, NLP trainers, doctors, world champion athletes, federal members of parliament, creators of modalities and hundreds of 6-8 figure coaches.
Cody now works with visionary coaches to support them to create their own methodology or modality so that they can scale up their impact while scaling down their time.
This is done through his high-level mastermind “Project Scale”.
The Company – The Flow Formula
The Flow Formula founded in 2019 by founder Cody McAuliffe. Cody had already been coaching for almost 10 years at that stage.
Cody recounts “I just had all of these clients that kept say, I am just in flow, so I had to find out what that was. After finding out what flow was It became the centre piece of what we did the Flow Formula was born”
This was part of the calling to create the book “The Flow Formula” which went to become an amazon best seller in multiple categories in August 2020. In the book shares about some of profound transformations that have occurred for people through The Flow Formula coaching modality which was the foundation for both the Becoming Superhuman Program as well as the Superhuman Leadership Certification.
Fast forward to today and the Flow Formula is centred around supporting coaches to create flow in their businesses.
